you know those delicious, melt-in-your-mouth rolls they serve at texas roadhouse? well i thought i would try to imitate them. i failed. miserably. they werent bad... they just werent texas roadhouse. guess i'll just have to go back and get the original. oh darnnn

i really like the neon signs here. they make me feel American. theyre just BIG, BOLD, flashy and very appropriate for a texasy restaurant. i also like that word. texasy. its like sexy. but hotter. and theres more of it. cuz its bigger.
